Cleaning the filters, the evaporator and the indoor fan.
Washing the condenser in the outdoor unit.
Draining the water and making sure the drainage flows freely.
Running the unit and confirming the cooling is restored.
What’s not included
Spare parts and repair work — priced after inspection.
Copper piping — a separate service in the store, priced per meter.
Freon refill — a separate service in the store.
Before the technician arrives
Provide a water source near the unit.
Clear the area around the indoor and outdoor units so the technician can work safely.
Make sure someone can let the technician in at the agreed time.
Price includes 15% VAT. 90-day installation warranty. Service in Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran.
