Cancellation and rescheduling are free up to two hours before the appointment. After the technician arrives, a 150 SAR visit fee applies if the job cannot be done for a reason on your side.

A 90-day installation and piping warranty from the date of work. If a fault in the work appears within the period, we redo it at no charge. Spare parts follow the authorised agent warranty.
